Sue Woodruff has been a SIM Professional Developer for Learning Strategies and Content Enhancement associated with the University of Kansas Center for Research on Learning since 1994. She has worked with large school change projects for the last several years providing leadership, professional development, and coaching. Her current interests lie in developing capacity at school sites in research-based methodologies, how instructional coaching can impact scaling up an innovation, and content literacy in middle and high schools. Sue provides professional development in the Strategic Instruction Model, Content Literacy Continuum, and Instructional Coaching across the country.
